Fine Views and Really good Service

The Emotion Suite offered a sensational experience with its gorgeous outdoor hot tub. Iveta's hospitality stood out. She provided invaluable tips for enjoying Oia. Although the hot tub could have been better positioned for night views of the caldera, the overall stay made it one of my best vacations.

the room was brand-new with a stunning view to ocean. the staff were very very helpful and always had a smile. the hotel was set in a central area close enough to santorini with super location, the main pedestrian walkway and local restaurants and shops.

Good stay, as always. Gorgeous hotel that has excellent and fantastic location to the Venetian fortress. Location close to the island, and fro airport/Ferry terminal, and all the shops. Excellent food in the restaurants such as Feredini Restaurant, located 10 min away. Spotless room with a large round king size bed and good service. Bonus point for a patio and a Nespresso machine. Amicable, attentive staff with smiling face.

Excellent and unbeatable location in Oia, close to the center, and restaurants and shops. For tea or coffee visit Kayak nearby. Spotless rooms with an adjoining terrace and a Nespresso coffee machine, etc...

The views were supposed to be amazing, but the hot tub was just luke warm most of the time, totally unacceptable. The fact that breakfast is not offered is beyond ridiculous. I honestly thought i'd get a complimentary upgrade for suffering through the cold soak, but no such luck. So disappointed, almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

its best possible, central location was a plus. it was about 12 miles from the airport.

The private hot tub on our balcony provided a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy the amazing caldera view, especially during sunset.

There was no breakfast option available, and I felt that a wider selection would have complemented the overall experience.

We had an very nice time at this hotel. The fine views from our suite were unbeatable, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. Eliza. Her hospitality was great. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions and catching amazing sunset views from a few spots in town.

While we loved our stay, we did find that the stairs could be a bit of a workout after a long day exploring, so be prepared for that.

Very nice views and well-maintained suites. The outdoor hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. Breakfast was personalized and tasted amazing served on our private terrace. The staff was friendly, assisting with our excursions and luggage.

The hot tub temperature could be improved. It was a bit cooler than expected at times.

The outdoor area with the hot tub provided a perfect spot for relaxation, and the fine caldera views made for lovely moments, especially when we enjoyed the sunset. Iveta were very good too ensure we felt welcomed .

My wife says that having breakfast options would enhance our stay.

Staff assistance was really good, from planning our itinerary to securing dinner reservations. Do expect many stairs to navigate between the hotel and street level. The location allows easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, yet it can become crowded during peak times.
